Project outline

The brief behind the build

Olthos is a private wellness and performance training practice in Zurich, serving executives and private clients at their residence, office, hotel, yacht, or worldwide. The practice needed a digital presence that communicated a premium, discreet offer without feeling heavy, plus the branded documents it uses with clients day to day.

The engagement started with brand direction and photography direction, then moved into a calm design system. When the first homepage draft felt information-heavy, the copy was reduced to a hover-reveal interaction so the visuals could carry the page.

Project scope

What was delivered

Brand direction, photography direction, and brand guidelines came first. The website is bilingual English and German, designed in Figma and built as a lightweight custom WordPress theme, with a consultation form, domain, hosting, and professional email handled as part of the launch.

Beyond the website, the brand system was applied to the working documents of the practice: a client welcome book, discovery consultation and performance assessment sheets, an invoice template, and an email signature.

Tech stack: WordPress, custom theme, Gutenberg, Fluent Forms, Wordfence security, managed hosting with professional email.

Results

A foundation that can keep working

A premium, calm bilingual website with a lighter homepage experience and a clear consultation path, plus a complete set of branded client documents. Hosting, domain, and email are managed in one place, so the practice runs without technical overhead.
