Project outline

The brief behind the build

WeTasteParis creates bespoke food and wine experiences in Paris, sold primarily through travel designers and agencies in the United States rather than direct booking. After two difficult experiences with previous designers, including one who abandoned the project mid-way, the team needed a partner they could trust with a full rebuild.

The website had to carry the brand experience through every enquiry and speak to a narrow B2B niche: US-based travel professionals researching authentic Paris experiences for their clients.

Project scope

What was delivered

Brand upgrade with logo and guidelines, Figma design across Home, About, Experiences, Blog, and Contact, and a custom WordPress theme with Gutenberg editing. Experiences and Blog custom post types structure the catalog, an enquiry popup captures dates, group size, and dietary needs, and an Airbnb reviews integration carries social proof.

After launch, the engagement continued with an ongoing SEO and content program aimed at the travel-designer niche: keyword research, AI-optimized blog publishing, a DMC landing page for luxury food and wine experiences, and an evergreen URL migration with a full 301 redirect map to protect existing rankings.

Tech stack: WordPress, custom theme, Gutenberg, Fluent Forms, GA4, Google Search Console, schema markup, caching and CDN with WebP image optimization.
