Sitemap, content types, conversion path, and integrations get locked before design starts.
2. Creating the visuals
If branding is in the project scope, we define logo, palette, type, photography direction, and a full brand guideline, with all files in industry-standard formats. Then wireframes and high-fidelity desktop and mobile in the latest design tools. Brand lives in the file, not guessed in the browser.

3. Development and performance

4. Security and backups

Managed hosting on dedicated resources with the latest server stack and a worldwide CDN. Uptime monitoring, automated backups on the server and to remote storage, and core plus plugin updates keep the site fast, stable, and secure.
When something needs attention, you reach the person who built the site: 24/7 coverage for urgent issues, named response times, and immediate problem resolution. The client workspace stays open for tasks, files, invoices, and the next round of work.
The first year of Full Support is typically included with the project. After that, choose a yearly plan, a monthly retainer with fixed hours, or custom support tiers tailored to your project. Ongoing maintenance, security patches, ads, and new features can stay on the same scoped relationship.
Questions clients usually ask before we start the project
Do I own the website?
Yes. When the project is finished, ownership and copyright of the website, content, and code transfer to you. WordPress, theme, and accounts are set up so you are not locked to a black box. Licences that cannot transfer are flagged before we start.
How long does a project take?
Proposals usually scope a few weeks to a couple of months of focused work, plus time for your feedback. A five-page marketing website is not the same as a multilingual platform or a membership build. Timeline is part of the first call, and it depends on how fast content and approvals come back.
Can my team edit pages without me?
Yes. Your team can edit pages, change structure, and add new services. Content is easily editable in the visual builder chosen in the project scope. All solutions unlock full website editing, unless the project specifically requests a different approach. Editing sits in two levels: basic content editing, which is simple and anyone can handle, and styling, functionality, and more, which usually need basic to intermediate development knowledge.
Where do we talk and handle invoicing?
On an Upwork contract, communication, payments, and invoicing stay in Upwork and follow Upwork’s terms. On a DimyOsman.com contract, invoicing and Stripe payments (card, PayPal, or bank transfer) stay in the client workspace. Chat is in the workspace by default. Happy to use Upwork Messages, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, email, or another app you already live in.
Do you only build new websites, or do you also do rebuilds and edits?
Mostly new builds. If the current infrastructure is sound, rebuilds are included. Small edits and updates sit on a monthly arrangement. Larger one-off work can be scoped as a project.
What contracts and services do you provide?
Market research, branding, web design, web development, SEO, GEO, ads, security, launch, hosting, and Full Support. Services are defined in the project scope as a one-time set of work, or as a monthly subscription for ongoing work. Minimum project engagement starts from USD 500 (≈ €430). Minimum monthly ongoing engagement starts from USD 200 (≈ €170).
